PRIVACY NOTICE FOR VISITORS ATTENDING THALASSA FESTIVAL

AENAOS THALASSA NON PROFIT COMPANY (the “Company”) collects and processes personal data relating to visitors attending “Thalassa Festival” in compliance with EU REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR) as well as the respective national piece of legislation, Law4624/2019.

Why do we collect this information?
This Privacy Notice provides information on how AENAOS THALASSA NON PROFIT COMPANY (the “Company”) collects and processes personal data of Thalassa Festival’s visitors. The collection of your personal data is necessary for the issue of a unique registration number in order for them to take advantage of the discounts in the context of services provided by our collaborators during their attendance at the Festival. This Privacy Notice is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the ”Company” is subject (GDPR Art.6).

What information do we collect?
The Company processes, collects and stores the following categories of personal information about you:
Personal details: Details about you, i.e. name/surname and e-mail address.
We collect personal data and keep them in electronic records employing a combination of working practices and technology to ensure that your information is kept confidential and secure.


Who has access to the data?
Your information may be shared internally or and to our service providers (including their sub-contractors) or third parties which process information on our behalf.

How long will your information be kept for?
The Personal Data is stored by the Company for no more than it is necessary, solely for purposes of the Festival and not exceeding its duration thereof. After the termination of the Festival all personal data will be deleted.
